Marlene A. Becker, 83 of Whitefish, passed away at her home surrounded by family and friends who loved her. She was born on June 15, 1940, in Whitefish to the late, Andrew Joseph Voermans and Dorothy Mary Voigt.
Love for her family was the number one priority. After graduating high school she went to work for the Forest Service as a secretary, after she was recommended by one of her high school teachers.

She loved the challenge of trying to get the Grand Champion Gladiola and Lily at the Northwest Montana Fair each year.
Marlene and her husband, Dwayne, worked side by side running a cleaning business for over 37 years.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerry Stevens and nephew, Ryan Voermans.
