A man reportedly grabbed his gun when he heard glass breaking and saw two guys wearing hoodies in his truck and yelled at them, so they took off with a stolen AR-15 and two stolen .22 rifles.

A neighborhood busybody, who declined to provide their last name, shared their thoughts with the Kalispell Police Department about the neighbors having too many chickens for the city. They also wanted to know if having goats was OK.

A woman with pigtails allegedly stood in the road near Begg Park, claiming it was hers, and was yelling and threatening truck drivers.

A bumbling burglar allegedly broke into a building to steal food and trash an office but dropped a prescription bottle with their name on it.

Someone was reportedly caught on camera walking up to a resident’s porch where they picked up a snow shovel and smashed a porch light.

Someone spotted a sleeping man partially inside a tube slide on a children’s playground structure. He moved on.

A woman whose parked RV allegedly elicited multiple complaints to law enforcement provided a counter-complaint of harassment, saying she moved the vehicle every few days. Displeased with the response from the police she said she was going to reach out to the city attorney.

A shirtless man wearing tan-colored pants was reportedly walking around a parking lot looking into cars and told someone’s coworker he was “working on a truck” that turned out to be theirs, which they reported to the police. Responding officers chased the man on foot and deployed a Taser. An ambulance and a tow truck were called to the scene.
