Yvonne Hill, 61

Yvonne Annette Hill, 61, a mother, sister and friend passed away at her home on April 21, 2024. She was born Aug. 23, 1962, in San Jose, California, to Pholon (John) and Lois Hill. In 1998, Yvonne relocated to Montana to be closer to family, where she fulfilled her dream of owning a home and embracing small town living.

Yvonne loved the sunshine on her face and the great outdoors, especially camping. She was looking forward to camping this summer in her new camper. She had the ability to bring laughter into any room with her infectious humor. From a very young age, she always had a special place for those who were less fortunate and will be remembered for her kind and generous heart.  

She is survived by her son, Brendan Prendez of Seattle, Washington; her sister, Doe (Scott) Fierro; her brothers, Bob (Che) Cuevas and Phil (Paula) Cuevas, along with several nieces and nephews and friends.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lois Hill and her brother, David Cuevas.

A celebration of life will begin at 1 p.m. on June 30, at 12484 Trinkus Lane, Bigfork.
