Henry John Broers II, 70
Henry John Broers II, 70 of Trego, passed away March 9, 2024. He was born May 23, 1953, in Conrad, to the late Henry John Broers Sr. and Bernice Broers (Dykstra).
He grew up in the prairies of Montana. He was a patriot and was into politics and largely a Trump supporter. Above all else, Henry was a Christian family man and trusted in the Lord. Some of his hobbies included woodworking, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and riding horses.
Henry graduated from Montana Tech in Butte, with a BS in petroleum. He went on professionally to work on rigs in the North Sea and all over the world. He was well travelled because of work and leisure. He was an excellent cribbage and solitaire player. He was also involved in Martin City as the pump house operator. After his father passed, Henry had the opportunity to own and operate the Crooked Tree Motel & RV Park for 34 years, which he sold and is now known as Bear Grass. His family will be forever grateful for the time they spent together last year on an Alaskan Cruise.
Henry is survived by son, Christian K. Broers; sister, Patricia A. Miller; sister, Sue Mohnasky; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by wife, Robin Broers; and brother, John Broers.
