NO. 30210 West Glacier Elementary # 8 RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO IMPOSE AN INCREASE IN LEVIES As an essential part of its budgeting process, the West Glacier School Board of Trustees is authorized by law to impose levies to support its budget. The West Glacier School Board of Trustees estimates the following increase/decreases in revenues and mills for the funds noted below for the next school fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, using certified taxable valuations from the current school fiscal year as provided by the district. Building Reserve Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $220.00 decrease change. Estimated change in Mills: 0.76 mill decrease. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is $1.22 decrease and on a home of $200,000 an $5.87 decrease.  Estimated change in Transportation is a 2.25 decrease change in mills and $3.95 decrease on a home of $100,000.00 and $19.04 decrease on a home of $200000.00. Regarding the increase in the building reserve levy referenced above, the following are school facility maintenance projects anticipated to be completed at this time are Repair and Maintenance of West Glacier Elementary. NO. 30213 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-23-27 A request by Paul Bishop with Flathead Lakeshore Consulting, on behalf of the North Shore Harbor Association, for the dredging of silt/sediment within the 100-year floodplain of Flathead Lake. The subject property is located in the artificial harbor near Bigfork, and the correct legal description of the property is portions of Lot 20E, 20EA and 8BD in Section 36, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. It should be noted that this project will also require lakeshore permits and potentially variances which will be reviewed by this department.
