FVCC culinary students host springtime brunch
Flathead Valley Community College’s Culinary Institute of Montana will host the “Bee’s Knees Brunch” on Saturday, May 4 on campus in the Arts & Technology Building.
This event benefits the culinary program by providing a unique experiential learning opportunity for its students.
The clean, fresh flavors of spring will come to life at this inaugural event featuring cuisine prepared by FVCC’s Culinary Institute of Montana students. Along with a fresh mimosa or champagne, the menu includes hand-crafted bakery treats, artfully created charcuterie, starters and desserts inspired by the season of spring.
