Step into the heart of Americana with Wolfpack Theatre Company’s uplifting production of "One Stoplight Town," May 15 and 16.

“One Stoplight Town" takes the audience on a 25-year journey through a tight-knit community starting with the exciting moment when the town installs its very first traffic light. As the narrative unfolds, the daily lives of these residents as they discover the beautiful complexities of their everyday experiences are unveiled. Neighbors form deep bonds, friends become family and inevitable changes, wanted or not, shape and transform them all.

The heartwarming tale explores the blossoming romance of a young couple, the struggles of a cantankerous grocery store owner coping with change, the complexities of familial relationships, and the unlikely friendships that emerge in unexpected places. Through laughter, tears, and moments of reflection, “One Stoplight Town” invites viewers to ponder the profound truth that change is an inevitable part of life's journey.

“It’s a show about how we are all connected,” Director and Glacier senior Gabrielle Cantrell-Musson said.

"One Stoplight Town" brings together a talented group of 21 students in the Advanced Acting Ensemble class under the direction of Greg Adkins.

“As a group of mostly seniors, this show reminds us that we should appreciate today, but also not fear the changes life brings. In fact, we should embrace them,” Cantrell-Musson said.

The Advanced Acting Ensemble class allows students to refine their character portrayal skills and the discipline required of an actor. Along with a student-produced production, students perform a variety of monologue and ensemble performances to help students analyze scripts and understand the actor's role in the production process.

Cast members are Annabeth O’Shea, Blake Lindermann, Noel Cantrell, Zach Nases, Kailie Owens, Toben Mallo, Emma Carpenter, Maeva Malcheski, Tregan Blades, Grace Miller, Kaylin Stein, K Perigen, Izzy McKoy, Brett Pilon, Gabby Leduc, Jasper Koppelberger, Megan Mikelson, Andrea Chandler, Brody Cummings, Miles Haley and Ethan Lopez.
