NO. 30776 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE RURAL SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 161 FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 24, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana (the “County”), adopted a Resolution of Intention to Create Rural Special Improvement and Maintenance District No. 161 (the “District”) for the purpose of maintaining certain local improvements (the “Improvements”) and paying costs incidental to that maintenance. The total estimated costs of the Improvements are $1,151,012.00, all to be paid for by State funding. Therefore, no bonds are to be issued by Flathead County to cover the costs of the Improvements.
