This Country Music Thing Tour coming to Kalispell in January

Tickets are on sale to see MCA Nashville recording artist Josh Turner’s This Country Music Thing Tour at the Wachholz College Center in Kalispell Jan. 23, 2025. 

Tickets start at $49.50 plus applicable fees and may be purchased online at wccmt.org or by calling the ticket office at 756-1400. 

With timeless songs like “Long Black Train” and “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” Turner’s global reach has surpassed 5.8 billion global streams, 6.5 million album sales and almost 12 million track sales worldwide, according to a press release. Turner’s album, “Long Black Train,” celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2023 and was certified Platinum by the RIAA with nearly 1.5 million album sales. He released his first greatest hits album in September 2023, featuring 11 of his biggest songs from seven studio albums. In June 2021, he released “Your Man Deluxe Edition,” celebrating 15 years of the double Platinum-selling album, as well as the mini documentary, “Josh Turner Your Man 15th Anniversary.” 

The now certified triple-Platinum selling, “Would You Go With Me,” featured on “Your Man Deluxe Edition,” experienced a viral surge across TikTok leading to a jump in streaming which landed the classic country tune on Spotify’s U.S. Viral 50.  

A native of South Carolina, Turner has been nominated for three Gospel Music Association Dove Awards and won his first in 2021 for “I Saw The Light” featuring Sonya Isaacs, off his "Serve a Savior” album. He has been nominated for two Grammy Awards, five CMA Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, one CMT Award, seven American Country Awards and has received six Inspirational Country Music Awards. To support music and arts education, he created The Josh Turner Scholarship Fund for the Arts to help students pursue studies in these fields.
