Julia Ann Smith, 77

Julia "Julie" Ann Smith, 77, was born March 31, 1947, in Great Falls to parents CC and Corrine Mary Jones. She passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, from complications of Parkinson’s disease.

Julie married LeRoy Smith and had three children, Warren, Chad and Heather.

Julie later married Fred Smith of Bigfork. She worked many years for Albertson’s as a pharmacy tech, then Bigfork Drug before she retired.

She is survived by her husband Fred, son Warren and his wife Shelley of Snoqualmie, Washington; son Chad and his wife Melissa and grandson’s Dawson and Lane all from Kalispell; daughter Heather of Missoula; sister Trish Jones, brother John Jones, and sister-in-law Laurie Jones, all in the Portland, Oregon area; stepdaughter Amanda Harris and her husband Anthony, their four children, Hailey, Ryan, Eva, and Audra, all of Bigfork.

Family members who have passed before her are her parents and brother Perry Jones.

The family would like to thank Logan Health Physical Therapy and Logan Health Hospice for your care of our mother.

Mom was kind, intelligent, and loved her family deeply. She was a fantastic mother, wife and "Granny" and has left a huge void in our lives. At her request, there are no services.
