Law roundup: Woman wants investigation on blood
A woman contacted Kalispell Police Department wanting to know why an investigation wasn't done on blood she reportedly found in a park.
A reprobate reportedly slashed tires on a Rosewood Drive resident's vehicle and the owner thought the culprit was the friend of another apartment dweller who were all hanging out in the parking lot during the night. They thought the incident was done in retaliation for contacting the landlord about shooting fireworks on the front lawn in a residential neighborhood.
In another part of town, a woman's neighbor allegedly poured ketchup and coffee on her and her boyfriend's vehicles and was involved in ongoing issues. She was advised on how to obtain a temporary restraining order and said she planned to get security cameras.
Officers received yet another report of a vandalized vehicle from a man who reportedly found water bottles on his lawn that he thought came from kids who threw items at his car on a previous night. A woman was suspicious a neighbor tried to poison her dogs after they became ill and then reportedly found raw ground beef in the yard. She alleged that the neighbor had been vocal about disliking the dogs and sprayed them with water before.
A Buddy Walk event host at Lawrence Park complained that a wrinkly, hunched-over woman wearing a belt with an "ankle monitor" was "accosting people and children in the park" by handing out candy and stickers, saying she was also talking to herself and "creeping people out." The spooky woman then sat in a vehicle.
Officers responded to a report that a 34-year-old woman allegedly sent a picture of her boyfriend's house to him and threatened to break in while he wasn't home to steal a bunch of things while reminding him, she had a concealed weapons permit. He thought that unplugging cameras might have "set her off." The residence was locked and secured, and the Kalispell Police Department counseled him on the process of obtaining a temporary restraining order.
