Tester has delivered for Montana
As fourth-generation Montanans, our roots here run deep. In the wake of the Butte mines downturn, we dreamed of bringing good-paying, sustainable jobs back to the place we loved. After decades of growing our foundries in the Northwest, we were ready to invest in Montana.
Sen. Jon Tester made this possible in a bigger way. At the Montana Economic Development Summit, Tester introduced us to the CEO of GE. This wasn’t just a handshake — Tester gave GE the confidence that Montana was the right place for manufacturing, leading to GE investing in our company, Montana Precision Products. Tester’s support didn’t end there; he secured funding to continue and expand the Job Corps Welding Program, which was essential to ensuring Montanans had the skills manufacturers needed.
Since then, Montana Precision Products has grown from 30 to 200 employees and is now one of the largest aerospace manufacturers in Montana.
The stakes are high: losing Tester, with his seniority in the Senate, would be a major setback for Montana. After 18 years, Tester’s high-ranking committee positions give him the power to secure federal contracts and champion investments in crucial infrastructure like transportation, broadband and water systems which help businesses like ours succeed in rural areas.
We have him to thank for helping us bring over 200 jobs back to our beloved state. Join us in voting for Tester, who consistently delivers for Montana with unmatched heart, dedication and integrity.
Tap’er light.
