The owner of an Italian luxury car accused a pair of teenagers of damaging his $100,000 ride by purposefully spraying it with rocks while peeling out of an intersection. The motorist told officers with the Kalispell Police Department that, after he unsuccessfully tried to pull them over himself in his Maserati, he followed them to a parking lot and watched them run into a school. Officers tracked down the teenage driver, who denied any wrongdoing and said that the truck was in rough shape and "couldn't do it if he tried." Reviewing video of the intersection, investigators were unable to determine if the teens had peeled out, but did note they ended up going faster than the posted speed limit.

The parent of one of the teenagers called officers later in the day, accusing the driver of a Maserati of following their son too closely. Officers counseled the parent.

Officers reported finding another motorist parked in the middle of a lane, forcing other drivers to lurch into oncoming traffic to get around him. They cited the driver.

An apartment dweller asked officers to move along a group of homeless people they said were putting up tents nearby. The spot they had picked for an encampment was next to the resident's vehicle, which the resident found unnerving.

Upset with text messages he had received from his former boss; an erstwhile employee contacted the police claiming harassment. When officers checked in with the man's former supervisor, he said that he hadn't meant anything by the text and was just hoping to set up a time for the former employee to pick up his tools. He agreed to keep his texting cordial from there on out though.

The security team at a building escorted a man previously banned from the property outside after he was found with needles in the bathroom.

A motorist reported vandals throwing rocks from an overpass on U.S. 93 near Four Mile Drive.

Security personnel at a store asked that officers move along a bearded man they found sleeping in front of the building. When security had asked him to leave, he began swearing and kicking shopping carts.

Officers unsuccessfully tried to contact the occupants of a tent that had gone up on the property of an apartment complex. The person who alerted officers to the temporary shelter said that the man who lived there occasionally emerged to ask for money. The man also came out in the evenings, often acting belligerently, they said.

The police warned a motorist about their brake light.

A man who was the victim of a sucker punch the night prior called the police while mulling whether to press charges. The alleged attack occurred in a bar and he was interested in getting surveillance footage of the assault. Officers provided him with information on how to get a restraining order.

A manager accused an employee of stealing roughly $10,000 during his time with the company.
