Services for Recycling Containers are contracted out by the County of Flathead Solid Waste District, hereinafter referred to as the District. 2. The District Invites Qualified Proposers to Submit a Sealed RFP To: Flathead County Solid Waste District Response to Recycling Container Sites RFP Attention: Mr. David R.
