Glacier High School plans increased police presence following threat
Glacier High School Principal Brad Holloway sent out a notification to families after 4 p.m. Wednesday, regarding a school shooting threat reportedly found written on a bathroom stall.
The Kalispell high school planned to have an increased police presence “out of an abundance of caution” on Thursday, according to the principal’s email. He said there is no evidence the threat was credible.
Holloway said students reported the message written on a bathroom stall wall in one of the girls' bathrooms.
"We are grateful to the students for bringing this to our attention," his email stated.
"We take all threats seriously and immediately began investigating, working closely with district administration and our school resource officer."
