In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled. The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days. If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse. NO. 31110 West Glacier Elementary #8 Invitation for Bids West Glacier Elementary School is accepting bids for a Transportation Contractor, period beginning with the first day of school for school year 2025-26 and ending with the last day of school for school year 2029-30 to transport elementary school students residing within School District No. 8 to and from school on each day during which school shall be in session. The route is 164 miles with stops at State Road Crew turnaround east of Glacier Haven, Glacier Wilderness, West Glacier School, Montana Raft, and Lake 5, and Columbia Falls Junior High. (Stops subject to change as ridership vacillates). That such transportation shall be furnished by means of a suitable, proper, safe and approved school bus to be provided by the Contractor at their own cost and expense, which school bus shall, in all respects , fully comply with the provisions, requirements, rules, and regulations of the State Highway patrol, State Board of Education and Elementary District No 8, which are now in effect or which may hereinafter be enacted permitting the operation of the vehicle as a school bus. The bus age does not exceed 7 (seven) years at the beginning of the contract period, not exceeding 12 (twelve) years at any time during the contract. Age specification will not be applied to the use of a spare bus.
