A trespasser was spotted between two dumpsters in a store parking lot and reportedly refused to leave, making herself comfortable by taking a seat in a chair to wait for officers with the Kalispell Police Department to arrive. As the woman had previously been banned from the property for seven days, the employee wanted to see the restriction extended for “the season.”

A dispatcher answered an open line to 911 and heard what sounded like someone snoring and breathing heavily.

A bunch of teens allegedly crawled through fencing around a vacant hotel and took wood panels off the windows. Two boys then went into the building while another boy sat outside in a Toyota Tundra parked in front of a white Tacoma. Officers spoke with security personnel who said he and his partners removed the teens and didn’t need a law enforcement response.

A woman reportedly walked out of a store with her arms full of stolen alcohol and got into a vehicle where two other women were waiting. Together they headed northbound on U.S. 93.

Officers received a couple of calls about a woman or women running on the shoulder of the U.S. 93 Bypass and requesting welfare checks. One caller voiced concerns about a blonde woman’s safety and said it looked like she was only wearing socks. Another caller said a woman in her 60s was running toward oncoming traffic while talking to herself.

Someone approached two males on motorcycles who were allegedly revving the engines and doing burnouts. They reported smelling alcohol on the breath of one of the drivers. They told officers the dynamic duo kept leaving and returning.

A woman called the police alleging $1,500 in air quality sampling equipment was stolen. She said someone cut the chains securing the equipment outside a building.

Someone with a keen eye reportedly spotted a kid riding his stolen dirt bike, telling them he knew it was his and that it had been spray painted white and red. The VIN matched the stolen bike.
