Law roundup: Phantom toker vanishes in a puff of smoke
Smelling the odor of marijuana and hearing strange noises, a caller asked the Kalispell Police Department to sweep the building and root out the phantom toker. While they suspected the individual, who they had not seen, was in the bathroom, officers turned up no one during a search of the structure.
