Law roundup: Clowder caught on tape prowling around

A man with time on his hands called the Kalispell Police Department upset because his neighbor’s cats were allegedly using his truck and boat as their personal  play towers, and this time, had “climbed up in his vehicle.” He said they were constantly on his property, claiming to have 108 videos of cats and eight videos of deer in his yard since last December and tried to confront the cat owner with no luck.

Someone reportedly thought it was OK to park wherever and opted for a spot on a sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street. Officers contacted the registered owner of the red Subaru and the woman conceded to finding “an actual parking spot.”

A welfare check was requested for a reportedly shirtless man sitting in the cold weather on a snow pile by someone who noticed his skin was bright red. Officers made contact with the man who had been given some clothes.

A man alleged that one of his business partners was involved in tax evasion, drugs, signing illegal documents and many other violations.

A man wearing a long-sleeved charcoal gray sweater, light blue jeans and white sneakers reportedly flashed his genitals at a store customer. Store security reportedly knew who the flasher was and told her she should call the police.

A 50-year-old man allegedly stole Milwaukee brand batteries and fought employees holding him down. The alleged shoplifting was a probation violation. 

Someone complained that a business on the southwest corner of an intersection hadn’t shoveled their sidewalks for the past two storms.

A parent called the police alleging a male tried to fight his son and his son’s girlfriend after a basketball game and was pulling on the door handle of his vehicle telling him to get out so he could fight him.
