Missoula Big Sky boys pull away from Glacier late
BIG SKY — Isaiah Reed had a game-high 19 points, including three 3-pointers and the Big Sky Eagles pulled away in the fourth quarter for a Western AA win over the Glacier Wolfpack 50-43 Tuesday night.
The Eagles (8-5 overall, 5-4 in Western AA) swept the season series behind Reed and Cole Silbertstein, who added 11 points. The Wolfpack (3-9 overall, 2-6 in Western AA) only had one player reach double figures with Liam Ells scoring 13.
Glacier took a 38-37 lead into the fourth quarter but were outscored 14-5 in the final frame where Reed and Silberstein combined for 10 points. Slade Burrington added nine points for the Wolfpack as they were outscored 21-12 from beyond the arc.
