NO. 30999 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received additional information for the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-24-25 A request by Andy Homola of JBC 12 with 406 Engineering to construct a paved road, place utilities, and gravel fill in the 100-year Floodplain of the Spring Creek. The majority of the project for this RV park lies outside the 100-year floodplain, but a portion of the gravel from RV spots will be placed within the 100-year floodplain of Spring Creek. The project is located at 433 Ash Road Ln, Kalispell MT. The property can legally be described as Tract 1P in Section 33, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. The assessor number is 0435908 and the property is 8.14 acres. The complete application may be viewed at our office. NO. 31002 REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received additional information for the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-24-31 A request by Trevor Iman of WGM Group on behalf of the Montana Department of Transportation to add a separated bike path, improve the horizontal and vertical alignment of, and reconstruct the structural section of Highway 93. The application also requests in the same permit to improve the approach road to Susanna Farms and Twin Bridges Road as well as replace culverts for an intermittent stream. The proposed work will occur on Highway 93 along the north side of Spencer Lake within an area mapped as Zone A 100-year floodplain. All of the work will be accomplished within the Highway 93 right of way on Tract STMT in Section 05, Township 30 North, Range 22 West. The complete application may be viewed at our office.
