Flathead wrestlers pick up dual wins over Sentinel

Flathead wrestling continued their strong form into the new year as the Braves and Bravettes picked up dual wins over Missoula Sentinel Tuesday.

The Braves Brawlers, sparked by five pins, earned a 55-18 victory over the Spartans, while the Bravettes cruised to a 66-12 win.

Earning pins for the Braves were Dawson Hamland (118), Daniel Evert (138), Brett Chivers (144), Cliff Nance (175) and Conor Leduc (215).

The Bravettes capitalized on a pin from Bella Downing at 115 pounds, while the Spartans forfeited 10 different weight classes.

Flathead is back on the mat Thursday for Crosstown wrestling.
