A man in his 30s reportedly cried out in pain and screamed, saying he was hit with pepper spray outside a business.

A white GMC lifted pickup with green poles in the back reportedly tried to hit a pedestrian crossing the road. The pedestrian told officers they didn’t know the driver but took a photo of the vehicle headed northbound on Second Avenue.

A black GMC pickup reportedly followed someone from their workplace to their home for three days and they had no idea who it could be.  They called officers after seeing the suspicious pickup five minutes prior. They planned to call again while they were actively being followed.

An out-of-state property owner wanted to know about pressing charges against a tenant who moved out and left “lots of damage” and hadn’t paid rent. Officers determined it was a hoarding situation, and no intentional damage seemed to be done. She was given the phone number for the civil department.

Someone who allegedly authorized a business to make a charge in September was charged again in December and called the police wanting to make sure it doesn’t happen to others, in addition to getting a case report number to file a financial claim.

A woman complained one of her husband’s employees was blocking their driveway and refusing to leave. All parties were counseled to handle the parking problem in civil court.

A man had questions about employment, passports and other things.

Multiple reports came in about people sleeping in business entryways and at the park pavilion downtown.

Someone calling the hospital was reportedly routed to 911 instead of being transferred to the medical department they were trying to reach.

Someone allegedly spent about $95 using a stolen debit card at a location where staff had security footage of the transaction.

Three howling dogs were reportedly left outside for three days and appeared to have no food or water.

Officers seized fictitious license plates and counseled the driver on where to register the vehicle.
