Valkyries pick up 2 lopsided wins
STEVENSVILLE — Braeden Gunlock scored 24 points, her sister Paeten added 20 and Bigfork thumped Stevensville 77-15 for a non-conference girls basketball win Saturday.
Keni Wade hit four 3-pointers and added 16 points for the Valkyries. Wade and the Gunlocks combined for 23 first-quarter points, helping the Vals to a 29-2 lead.

BIGFORK — Paeten Gunlock hit four 3-pointers and scored 27 points and the Bigfork Valkyries made short work of Hamilton Friday.
Gunlock hit two threes in each half, and had 16 points by intermission as the Vals built a 36-16 lead enroute to the non-league win. Ava Davey had all of her eight points in the first half for Bigfork.
Meryn Leonardi had 11 points for the Broncs, including three 3-pointers.
