Wildcats, Vikings pick up easy wins
COLUMBIA FALLS — Reggie Sapa scored 12 points to lead a balanced Columbia Falls scoring attack, and the Wildcats took charge in the second quarter of a 60-38 win over Hamilton in boys basketball Saturday.
Cooper Ross added nine points and Bjorn Pedersen had eight points and eight rebounds for the Wildcats. Pedersen hit a par of 3-pointers in the second quarter as Columbia Falls built a 25-15 halftime lead.
Jory Hill scored all of his seven points in the fourth for the Cats. Tyler Jette had a game-high 17 points for the Broncs.

BIGFORK — Austin Savik drilled five 3-pointers and scored 27 points, and the Bigfork Vikings made short work of Stevensville in nonconference action.
Savik scored 14 points during a 28-3 second-quarter burst by Bigfork. Alex Ochs added three 3-pointers and 11 points for the Vikings.
