Big Sky boys down Flathead

MISSOULA — Cole Silberstein buried five 3-pointers and scored 26 points, leading Missoula Big Sky over Flathead 70-53 in Western AA boys basketball. 

Silberstein hit two 3-pointers and scored 18 points in the second quarter as Big Sky (5-3 over all, 2-2 in Western AA games) built a 33-27 lead. He added another eight points in the fourth period, when the Eagles put the game away. Isaiah Reed and Cormack Batt combined for 25 Eagle points. 

Korbin Eaton led the Braves (2-6, 0-3 in league) with 16 points, including three 3-pointers. Lyric Ersland checked in at 15 points.
