Celebrate love’s many facets at the Center for Restorative Youth Justice's annual fundraiser, [Not Your Average] Love Story, Feb. 7.

The CRYJ fundraiser is an evening of heartfelt and inspiring storytelling, live music, community connection, food and drinks.

“What makes [Not Your Average] Love Story so special is how it brings our community together to celebrate love in all its beautiful, messy, and unexpected forms,” CRYJ Executive Director Catherine Gunderson said. “This event isn’t just about storytelling — it’s about connection, empowerment, and support for our local teens as they discover their own stories and feel seen and heard.”

The event starts at 7 p.m. at 101 Central in Whitefish.

Tickets are $79.22 for adults and $32.46 for children under 21, which includes ticket service fees and may be purchased online at www.restorativeyouthjustice.org/tix.

Tickets include appetizers created by James Beard-nominated chef and CRYJ volunteer, Earl Reynolds, and complimentary beer and wine. Throughout the night a handful of curated local storytellers will take the mic, each offering their own unique take on the theme of “Love.”

Proceeds from the event directly benefit CRYJ’s mission of empowering Flathead Valley teens through restorative justice and youth empowerment programming and initiatives. Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and businesses looking to make an even greater impact.
