Law roundup: Man finds himself fenced in
A woman allegedly spotted a man stuck in her fence who was saying he was hurt but was unable to tell her where or why. She suspected he was trying to break in. Officers with the Kalispell Police Department found the man with his foot stuck in the fence and requested an ambulance to check on his leg pain along with locating and clearing warrants with other law enforcement agencies.
An angry man with a lap dog was purportedly yelling at a DoorDash delivery driver inside a store and refusing to pay her. All the drama was allegedly over a mix-up about payment and using DoorDash. Parties were separated and payment was received.
Someone was suspicious as to the origins of a hammer and what looked like blood they reportedly found in an alley. Turns out, nothing nefarious occurred. Officers spoke to neighbors and learned that children had been playing with red food coloring and breaking ice.
