On February 12, 2025, Telrite Corporation d/b/a Life Wireless (“Telrite”) filed an application for designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (“ETC”) with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”). 2. Telrite seeks ETC designation for the sole purpose of providing Lifeline service to qualifying Montana consumers, including those residing on federally recognized Tribal lands. Telrite states it will offer Lifeline services via resale of the services of its underlying service provider AT&T Mobility. Telrite requests ETC designation that is statewide in scope. 3.
