Jill Hoxmeier received a $5,000 Avon Hello Tomorrow Fund grant to help create a community garden next year in Whitefish. The garden will be included in the Rail Town Gardens development, a green commercial and residential project to be built off Wisconsin Avenue in Whitefish.
