Wayne Tikka uses a broom to wipe snow off of the top of his van in Kalispell on Friday morning. A blast of snow and Arctic air roared into the Flathead Valley late Thursday, and residents woke up to snow and icy roads on Friday. Cold weather will continue through the weekend, with high temperatures barely at the freezing mark and lows of around 4 degrees.
