Two Bigfork firefighters inspect damage done to the home of Andrew and Rosemary Kovatch near Echo Lake Monday afternoon when a tree was blown over in a windstorm. Peak wind gusts from Monday’s storm ranged from 41 mph at Glacier Park International Airport to 93 mph at Logan Pass in Glacier Park. Monday’s wind is expected to give way to snow today in the Flathead Valley. The National Weather Service predicts 1 to 4 inches of snow today with a high temperature of 42.
