Kevin Malloy of Kalispell, with Carver Engineering, performs a test to make sure that there is sufficient oxygen in the concrete mix on Friday at the site of the new Evergreen water tank on Mission Trail Road in Kalispell. The first of six walls is up, according to Project Superintendent Kermit Johnsrud of DYK Incorporated they hope to have the tank completed in September.
