<p>Patrick Cote/Daily Inter Lake An excavator tears up the gutter and curb on the north side of west Idaho Street Tuesday morning. Road work started Tuesday on the reconstruction of West Idaho Street in Kalispell. The project will resurface from just west of U.S. 93 to just east of Meridian Road as well as pour new gutters and curbs. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 in Kalispell, Montana.</p>
