Carroll Krause weeps as she gets a hug from her grandson, Chief Petty Officer Anthony Fluke, as he makes good on his promise to someday come home from the Navy wearing his dress uniform on April 10, at Brendan House in Kalispell. Fluke planned to retire after 20 years of service.
