- Jeff Hruby has been promoted to business development director at Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services Inc. (AE2S). Hruby has been with AE2S since 2012, serving as the water resources practice leader, and more recently, also as the firm’s civil practices director. As a licensed professional engineer, Hruby has helped clients with a wide variety of projects over the course of his 20-year career, ranging from air-quality modeling for paper mills to urban stormwater master planning. His experience includes analysis, design and project management on a wide variety of water resources projects.
