Assault charge dismissed against woman accused of pulling box cutter on park patron
A woman who allegedly threatened a Kalispell park patron with a box cutter after being refused a cigarette last summer saw her felony case dismissed in December.

Woman accused of pulling a box cutter on park patron pleads not guilty
April Dawn Werner, who has no address listed with the court, appeared before Judge Danni Coffman in Flathead County District Court on Sept. 7 and was arraigned on a single count of assault with a weapon. She is being held in the county jail with bail set at $20,000.
