Glacier High School staff and students celebrate after a student-built truss over a parking lot entrance on Thursday, July 18. The truss was built by the Outdoor Art class during the 2023-24 school year. To preserve the timber, a Japanese technique called shou sugi ban was used where the wood was charred with a torch and wire brushes were used to stain it.
