Harassment on the streets: Homeless individuals share experiences

A lawsuit filed in federal court earlier this month regarding the operation of a Kalispell shelter claims that anti-homeless sentiment in the last few has been enflamed by local elected officials. While at the same time, one law enforcement official says there hasn’t been an increase in reports of violence against homeless individuals.
