A landlord allegedly went into a woman’s apartment while she wasn’t there and changed a lightbulb without permission and rambled to the Kalispell Police Department about a 24-hour notice. The tenant alleged that the landlord didn’t screw the fixture down all the way and it fell, which she took to mean that he was trying to kill her.

Kalispell City Council weighs funding options for service line replacement
