Services for Recycling Containers are contracted out by the County of Flathead Solid Waste District, hereinafter referred to as the District. 2. The Contract will be for a period of three years and two one-year options after Notice to Proceed. The District will adjust the pricing on the anniversary date of the contract based on the annual average indices (December to December).
