Man denies fishing spear threat charge

A Columbia Falls man has denied using a fishing spear to threaten his father on April 20.

Don Arthur Simmons, a former resident and businessman of Kalispell, passed away Nov. 4, 2008, in Salt Lake City. He was born Aug. 20, 1923, in Los Angeles to Wallace Simmons and Willmirth (Hundley) Simmons.

Thomas Glenn Jr., age 81, of Crestview, passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007, at his home. He was born in Brazil, Ind., on Dec. 14, 1925, and worked as a security guard retiring after 20 years with Plum Creek Lumber.

Pat Lee, 86, of Browning, passed away Aug. 14, 2007. She was born in Van Hook, N.D., on June 20, 1921. She moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.V. Johnson to Browning, where her father was a business owner.
