Flathead man accused a second time of DUI with kids in vehicle
A little more than two years ago, Allen Paul Parsons drove drunk at more than 80 mph with three children ages 7 years and younger in the vehicle. Before his case was resolved, Parsons missed 25 appointments for breath tests and failed another.

Bill was born Feb. 25, 1938, in Santa Monica, California, to Johnny and Charlene Sullivan. He entered the Army after high school and served in Berlin, Germany, from 1956 to 1958. Upon returning to the states he attended San Jose State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in history.
