No. 25016 NOTICE OF ALTERATION OF PUBLIC ROADWAY NO. 499 McGREGOR LAKE ROAD, GOVERNMENT LOT 8 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Viewers have reported to the Flathead County Board of Commissioners on the alteration of that certain public roadway described as follows: A 60-foot County road easement, being 30 feet on each side of a centerline, in Government Lot 8 in Section 6, Township 26 North, Range 25 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. The centerline being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Tract A of Certificate of Survey No. 14083, records of Flathead County, Montana; thence along the west boundary line of said tract, South 00o 14' 47" West 18.02 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of the strip easement being described; thence South 82o 10' 18" east 139.29 feet to the beginning of a 1356.00 foot radius tangent curve, concave northeasterly; thence along said tangent curve through a central angle of 2o 12' 01", an arc length of 52.08 feet; thence South 84o 22' 20" East 407.20 feet to the beginning of a 1356.00 foot radius tangent curve, concave northerly; thence along said tangent curve through a central angle of 12o 32' 44", an arc length of 296.91 feet; thence North 83o 04' 56" East 435.49 feet to the east boundary line of Tract E of Certificate of Survey No. 14083, records of Flathead County, Montana, and the end of the centerline of the strip easement being described, with sidelines being lengthened or shortened as needed to connect sidelines and, terminate at the beginning west boundary line of said Tract A and the ending east boundary line of said Tract E, said easement containing 1.828 acres of land, more or less. Notice is hereby given to the petitioners or landowners, as disclosed by the last assessment roll of Flathead County, owning land abutting the roadway described above and being considered for alteration. The public hearing on this petition for alteration is set for January 9, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers, located on the third floor of the County Courthouse at 800 South Main in Kalispell, Montana.
