Jim Keyes, 62
Jim Keyes, 62, died Thursday, March 25, 2010, at his residence in Somers. He was born Oct. 12, 1947, in Indianapolis to Bink and Laura Keyes Flora. He had lived his Montana dream for several years, and shared his love of nature with Linda Kelly, his partner and soul mate, of Indiana and Montana. Also surviving are two sons, Jason Keyes of Indiana, and Alexander Jeremiah Lowe of Eureka; daughter, Crisi Keyes, of Indiana; sister, Joanna, and husband, John Cutler; and granddaughter, Makayla Keyes, of Indiana. A celebration of his life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. April 17 at Vista Linda Restaurant in Somers.
Robert Bob Allen Herrmann, 58
Robert Bob Allen Herrmann, 58, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, in Sharpsburg, Ga., following a battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 18 years, Diane, and his brothers and sisters. Bob was born April 22,1952, in Whitefish to Florence Marie Johnson and Ronnie Nelson. Grateful for having shared Bob s life are his wife, Diane; sisters and brothers, Cheryl Walsh, Rhonda Knudsvig and LeRoy, Ken Herrmann and Brenda, Kathy Krueger and George, Lonnie Herrmann and Carla, Sue Johnson and Doug, and Janet Donahue and Dan; and numerous relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Whitefish.

This Week in the Flathead: Bibler Gardens
The flowers at Bibler Gardens are nearing their peak bloom on Tuesday, May 13, west of Kalispell. This is the final weekend of the Spring Stroll at Bibler Home and Gardens. Tickets for the tours are still available for Saturday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance and can be obtained by calling 756-3632. Tickets are $10 for adults, except for the Sunday at 3 tour which is $20 and includes a tour of the Persian antique tribal rug collection. The next set of tours, the Splendid Summer Evenings at Bibler Home and Gardens, will take place July 21-25 at 5:30 and 7 p.m. (Brenda Ahearn/Daily Inter Lake)
Jury convicts woman of burglary, theft
After a three-day trial and a little more than two hours of deliberation, a jury found 25-year-old Kandice Tellegen of Kalispell guilty of felony charges of burglary and theft.
