No. 25389 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON MODIFICATION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE KALISPELL, MONTANA GLACIER RAIL PARK TARGETED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana (the "City") will meet on May 21, 2018, and on June 4, 2018, at or after 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 First Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, and shall hold public hearings to receive evidence from the public regarding its intent stated in Resolution No. 5867. Pursuant to Resolution No. 5867 the City Council will consider expanding the boundaries of the Glacier Rail Park TEDD to include an additional 3.38 acres owned by the Flathead County Economic Development Agency that is contiguous to the Glacier Rail Park TEDD for all purposes consistent with the approved Glacier Rail Park TEDD Plan. A map of the proposed modified boundaries is available for inspection on-line at www.kalispell.com under Mayor and City Council/Upcoming Agenda or contact the City Clerk at City Hall, telephone (406) 758-7756. Francis E. "Butch" Gallagher, 78, passed away Friday, July 27, 2007, at the Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow. Francis was born March 20, 1929, in Glasgow, the son of Edward and Hazel (Moore) Gallagher. He was raised and attended schools in Glasgow, graduating from Glasgow High School in 1947.

Bruce Wayne Olson, 47

Bruce Wayne Olson, 47, passed away on Nov. 18, 2009, after a 17-month courageous battle with cancer. Bruce was born Dec. 14, 1961, in Bismarck, N.D. His early years were spent in Lark, N.D., on the family farm. In 1965 his family moved to Missoula where he attended Roosevelt Grade School and graduated from Hellgate High School. He worked various construction jobs in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and Montana. He was an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, sharing all kinds of stories, especially about hunting and fishing. Bruce was preceded in death by a sister, Penny. He is survived by his wife, Pam; son, Andrew, from a previous marriage; his parents, Norman and Beverly Olson, of Missoula; brother, Darryl, and wife, Bonnie, of Kalispell; sister, Deborah, and husband, Rick, of Utah; brother, Randy, and wife, Shawn, of Africa; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bruce especially appreciated his good friends Kevin Kitchen, Doug Honzel and Bill McCourt. Cremation has taken place and family and friends will gather at the family home at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at 328 Third Ave. E., in Kalispell. Friends may make donations in Bruce s name to the charity of their choice. Friends may also visit the Web site at www.buffalohillfh.com to leave notes of condolences for the family. Rebecca L. Becky (Gray) Hewitt, 69, died of natural causes Thursday, May 20, 2010, at her home in Plentywood. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Fulkerson Funeral Home, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Becky was born May 27, 1940, in Shelby, to Margaret Gray and Edwin Fouts. She was raised in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls Central Catholic High School in 1958. She attended the College of Great Falls, the Columbus School of Radiology and Purdue University. She worked for Dr. Popnoe as an X-ray technician, followed by a 30-year career with Blue Cross of Montana, where she supervised the Federal Employees Program. She retired in 1991 in Bigfork. She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Fouts; dad, Jake Gray; and mother, Margaret Gephardt Gray. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Skip Hewitt; sisters, Judy Wagner and Kathy Zuelke; a daughter, Julie; sons, Jade, Jack and Joe; and 10 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She was a very outgoing person who will be missed by all who knew her. Condolences may be sent to 310 N. Maurice St., Plentywood, MT 59254. Percy F. Jelleff, 90

Percy F. Jelleff, 90, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, at his Bigfork residence. Percy was born July 7, 1919, in Bigfork, to Willis and E. Evelyn (Fancher) Jelleff. He attended schools in Bigfork. After school Percy worked for the U.S. Forest Service until he was drafted into the U.S. Army during World War II. Percy was one of the first to land on Normandy Beach, and then transported ammunition to the front lines and escorted German prisoners of war back to the beachfront area. He was honorably discharged in 1945. He then went to work for the Somers Lumber Company for a while before going to work as a dispatcher for Pacific Power, which he did until retiring in 1985. Percy was a member of the American Legion and for 10 years, volunteered with the Bigfork Fire Department. He enjoyed antler carving, collecting Indian artifacts, hunting, traveling with his family, dancing and music. Percy married Audrey Knight in Bigfork in 1948. Percy was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and E. Evelyn Jelleff; brothers, Fancher and Rob Jelleff; sister, Thelma Strom; daughter, Mona Weller; grandson, Mark Jelleff; and granddaughters, Olivia Jelleff and Holly Nielsen. Percy is survived by his wife of 61 years, Audrey, of Bigfork; children, Rocky and wife, Linda Jelleff, of Kalispell, and Randy and wife, Wendy Jelleff, of Beaverton, Ore.; 12 grandchildren, Shannon Nielsen, Sheila Uhde, Angie Chavez, Marsha Jelleff, Shane Nielsen, Aaron Jelleff, Raejon Nielsen, and Katie, Joe, Vanessa, Jordan and Cami Jelleff; numerous great-grandchildren; and other relatives, Gary Weller and Marilyn and Pinky Muir. Visitation for Percy will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at The River in Kalispell. Burial will follow at Glacier Memorial Gardens. Friends are encouraged to visit the Web site at www.buffalohillfh.com to leave notes of condolence for the family.
