BILLINGS — Authorities have released the name of a 20-year-old woman who was hit and killed by a car as she rode a skateboard on U.S. Highway 2 west of Poplar.

Michael Christopher Pendle, son of Kathleen and Robert Pendle of Kalispell, was born Dec. 1 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
He weighed 8.06 pounds and was 20 inches long.
