Betty E. Frodsham, 68
Betty E. Frodsham, 68, passed away on Monday, Sept. 20, 2010, at her residence in Kalispell. She was born on June 11, 1942, in Vesper, Wis. to Richard and Irene (Grumann) Snyder. Betty moved with her family to Montana when she was 10 years old. In 1962 she married Fred Jaquith and they had four children, Fred Jr., David, Janna and Carol. For several years Betty worked at the Montana Evergreen Tree Yard. She was also a beautician. Betty was very artistic. She painted on real eggs and China. She loved plastic canvas and was working on her doll house. She had a good eye " if she saw it, she could do it; you name it " she probably had done it. Betty loved to play bingo, go to movies and of course, go out to eat. She loved to visit all of her friends. She also spent a lot of time with her sister, Sally, visiting farmer s markets and going out to coffee. She loved spending time with the people she cared about and you know who you are. Later, Betty married Carl Frodsham. Betty was active in the Salvation Army. She loved doing League of Mercy work and going to Home League, where she was a fellowship chairman. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Bernadine Pyles; son, Fred Jaquith; and two grandchildren, Rachel and Jonathon Jaquith. She is survived by her sister, Sally McIlhargey; her brothers, Arvid and Rick Snyder; son, David Jaquith, and partner, Paula; former daughter-in-law, Donna; daughters, Janna Heitschmidt and husband, Paul, and Carol Kiefer and husband, Fred; along with several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many grandchildren and some great-grandchildren. We will all miss her riding in her power chair all over town; you may have seen her. Memorial services for Betty will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, at the Salvation Army Church. Graveside urn burial will be on Monday at Glacier Memorial Gardens. The family suggests memorial donations to the Dialysis Center or the Salvation Army. Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for Betty s family.
