All vehicles will be white in color. Bids must include the delivery cost to Kalispell, Montana. Each bidder much deposit with the bid a security in the amount of $5,000.00 to secure the bidder's express covenant that if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will, within ten (10) days, enter into a formal contract for the purchase and sale of said units. Bid security shall be payable to Flathead County and shall be in the form of lawful money of the United States: a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft, or bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in Montana.
