Whitefish girls cruise, boys second at Iceberg
COLUMBIA FALLS — Hailey Ells and Erin Wilde won two events each, and the Whitefish girls cruised to the team title at the Iceberg Invitational track and field meet Saturday. Wilde, a senior, cleared a career-best 5 feet, 5 ½ inches to win the high jump, which is the best mark in Class A, and won the long jump with a leap of 16-9. That sits third in A.
